There are a variety of open and bookable huts running the length of the Pallas-Yllastunturi National Park. Often the open ones are adjacant to, or in the same vicinity as, the bookable ones so you effectively have to choose between carrying a little bit extra (for the open ones) or simply carrying a sleeping bag liner and your food and staying in the well-resourced bookable ones.
